Job Description
Are you a high school student looking for a flexible afternoon job in a dynamic retail environment? Target is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team in a local Charlotte suburb. This entry-level position is perfect for students eager to gain valuable work experience, develop customer service skills, and become an integral part of our store operations. You will support various functions across the store, ensuring a clean, organized, and friendly shopping experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with locating products and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Help maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves and tidying aisles.
- Support inventory management by assisting with product receiving and display.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in high school or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
