Job Description
We are seeking highly professional, safety-conscious Limo Operators to join our team in Downtown Sacramento. As a Limo Operator with EmpireCLS, you will be responsible for providing world-class chauffeured service, ensuring the comfort, safety, and punctuality of our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide courteous and professional service to clients, assisting with luggage and ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Maintain impeccable vehicle cleanliness and conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and departures, accounting for traffic and road conditions.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients, providing updates as necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and strive for a zero-incident driving record.
- Handle client inquiries and requests with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no accidents or violations for the past 3 years).
- Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with the Sacramento area.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Punctual and reliable.
- Knowledge of luxury vehicle operation and maintenance basics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a professional chauffeur or luxury vehicle operator.
- Familiarity with in-car technology and navigation systems.
- Defensive driving certification.
- Local knowledge of Sacramento landmarks, hotels, and business districts.
