Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and efficient individual to join our team as a Grocery Stock Data Entry specialist for our rapidly growing e-commerce retail operations. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our online grocery product catalog. You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining detailed product information, stock levels, pricing, and promotional data for our extensive range of grocery items. This position requires strong attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our online grocery fulfillment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update grocery product data into the e-commerce system, including descriptions, images, SKUs, and categories.
- Monitor and update real-time stock levels for all grocery items across various locations.
- Ensure pricing and promotional data is correctly reflected on the e-commerce platform.
- Conduct regular audits of data to identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
- Collaborate with inventory, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in generating reports related to stock levels, product availability, and data accuracy.
- Adhere to data entry best practices and company guidelines.
- Respond to data-related inquiries from internal teams promptly.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data entry and strong typing skills.
