Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Google Office Aide with a focus on candidates holding a high school diploma. This entry-level position is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our Ogden office, providing essential administrative support to various teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, highly reliable, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain common office areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Coordinate basic office equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Assist in the organization of internal company events or meetings.
- Uphold Google's standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite)
