Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional 15 Year Old Teens Receptionist Assistant to join our medical office team in Lake Nona, FL. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a young individual eager to gain valuable experience in a professional healthcare setting and develop essential customer service and administrative skills. As a Receptionist Assistant, you will be a vital part of our front office, helping to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients and staff. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and basic data entry.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for all.
- Provide support to office staff and clinicians as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
