Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Apple Project Coordinator to join our Corporate Support team. This role will be instrumental in overseeing projects related to the deployment, management, and support of Apple products within our enterprise environment and for our clients. You will work closely with IT teams, end-users, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Apple ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. This position offers Work-From-Home options, allowing for a flexible hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage Apple-related projects from initiation to completion, including device rollouts, software upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, corporate clients, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to leadership and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and security standards in all Apple device deployments and support activities.
- Assist in the development of best practices and documentation for Apple device management and support processes.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of project coordination experience, preferably in an IT or corporate support environment.
- Strong understanding of Apple hardware (Mac, iPhone, iPad) and software (macOS, iOS) ecosystems.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP).
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for Apple devices (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework or similar service management methodologies.
