Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Partner to join our dynamic team in Manchester. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our executive and project teams. As a Google Administrative Partner, you will be instrumental in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and teams, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and recording minutes.
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, and other documents using Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Manage and maintain efficient filing systems and databases, both physical and digital.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Facilitate communication flow between various departments and ensure information is disseminated appropriately.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Proactively identify and address administrative needs to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills
