Job Description
As a Virtual Wellness Liaison at Magellan Health, you will play a crucial role in connecting individuals with the mental and physical health resources they need to thrive. This 100% remote position involves providing empathetic support, conducting needs assessments, and guiding clients through our extensive network of wellness programs and providers. You will be a beacon of support, ensuring clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take charge of their well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments of client needs related to mental health, physical wellness, and social support.
- Educate clients on available wellness programs, benefits, and community resources.
- Facilitate referrals to appropriate in-network and out-of-network providers and services.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure clients are successfully engaging with resources.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance client care and service delivery.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development related to wellness trends and resource management.
Required Skills
