Job Description
Join TELUS International as an Online Content Moderator focusing on Health content. In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of protecting online communities by reviewing user-generated content related to health and wellness. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to safety will ensure that our platform remains a trusted space for sensitive discussions. You will be responsible for enforcing community guidelines, escalating complex issues, and contributing to a healthier online ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content (text, images, video) related to health topics to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
- Identify and address harmful, misleading, or inappropriate health-related content with empathy and accuracy.
- Take appropriate action on content, including removal, labeling, or escalation to senior teams.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to improve content moderation processes and policies.
- Provide feedback on policy effectiveness and potential loopholes to enhance safety protocols.
- Stay informed about current health trends, misinformation, and online safety best practices.
