Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Google Ad Traffic Coordinator to join our remote marketing team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient launch of digital advertising campaigns across Google’s platforms. You will be responsible for coordinating ad assets, managing campaign schedules, and working closely with our media buying, creative, and analytics teams to ensure all campaign components are in place and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads best practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the collection and trafficking of all necessary ad creative assets for Google Ads campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain campaign launch schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between media buyers, creative teams, and clients for asset delivery and campaign setup.
  • Monitor ad trafficking status and troubleshoot any issues that arise, escalating as needed.
  • Ensure all campaign elements comply with Google's ad policies and client specifications.
  • Assist in quality assurance checks of ad creatives and landing pages prior to launch.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign assets, trafficking instructions, and launch timelines.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign readiness and potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of trafficking processes and workflows.

Required Skills

  • 1 year of experience in digital advertising operations or trafficking.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads platform and Google Marketing Platform products.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video).
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
  • Understanding of ad serving technologies and rich media formats.
  • Familiarity with various ad creative specifications and best practices.
