Job Description

House of Fraser in Glasgow is seeking enthusiastic and meticulous Seasonal Gift Wrapping Assistants to join our team during the bustling holiday period. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring joy to our customers by beautifully presenting their purchases. You will be an integral part of our customer service team, ensuring every gift leaves our store looking perfect and adding to the festive magic. Key Responsibilities
- Expertly wrap customer purchases using a variety of papers, ribbons, and embellishments to House of Fraser's high standards.
- Assist customers with gift wrapping choices and provide exceptional service with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Manage and maintain stock levels of wrapping supplies, ensuring all materials are readily available.
- Keep the gift wrapping station clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines during peak periods while maintaining quality.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
