Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our innovative startup team focused on Pinterest Integrations. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust solutions that connect our platforms with Pinterest’s rich ecosystem. You will work across the full spectrum of software development, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and database management, with a particular emphasis on API integrations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on Pinterest API integrations.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, scope, and implement new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across front-end (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Go, Java) technologies.
- Manage and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure data integrity for integration points.
- Implement and maintain robust testing frameworks (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure code quality.
- Participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, particularly around social media APIs and e-commerce integrations.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong command of a back-end language (Node.js, Python, Go, or Java) and associated frameworks.
- Demonstrable experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience integrating with social media APIs, especially Pinterest API.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
