Job Description

As a Warehouse Runner, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, supporting various departments, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the movement of packages and freight throughout the warehouse, using appropriate handling equipment as needed.
- Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring items are handled safely and securely.
- Sort and stage packages for delivery or further processing according to established procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including sweeping, tidying, and managing waste.
- Perform general support duties for various warehouse departments as directed by supervisors.
- Operate in compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English).
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or similar physical labor environment (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a logistics setting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
