Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Professional to join our FedEx Express team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a passion for logistics and client relations to contribute to a world-renowned organization from the comfort of their home office. As a Remote Professional, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, facilitating seamless shipping solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of FedEx Express client accounts remotely, ensuring their shipping needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries, providing solutions, and proactively identifying opportunities for service optimization.
- Utilize FedEx proprietary systems and tools to track shipments, process orders, and generate reports.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (operations, sales, customer service) to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics solutions for clients.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, retention rates, and revenue targets.
- Stay informed on FedEx services, pricing, and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and productivity in a remote work setting.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales, preferably in a remote capacity.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
