Job Description
Are you 14 years old, love movies, and looking for your first job? Marcus Theatres at Capitol Square is looking for enthusiastic and friendly teens to join our team as Cinema Attendants! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun environment, earn some money, and enjoy awesome perks like free movies and popcorn. You’ll be the face of our cinema, ensuring our guests have an amazing experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patrons with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently for ticket and concession sales.
- Prepare and serve delicious popcorn, candy, drinks, and other cinema snacks.
- Assist guests with finding their seats and answering questions about showtimes and facilities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of lobbies, auditoriums, restrooms, and concession areas.
- Monitor auditoriums for any issues and ensure a positive viewing experience for all guests.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and age-related work regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be 14 years of age or older.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
