Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Shift Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to all customers.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments.
- Prepare food items according to McDonald's standards and recipes.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
- Help manage inventory, stocking, and organizing supplies.
- Support new team members with training and guidance.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction in the absence of a Shift Manager.
- Adhere to all food safety and workplace safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory.
- Strong teamwork ethic and a positive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality.
