Job Description

Kay Jewelers is seeking a discerning Mystery Auditor to assess our store locations, focusing specifically on interactions involving high-value merchandise. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet, unannounced visits to assigned Kay Jewelers locations, posing as a regular customer.
- Evaluate staff adherence to customer service standards, sales procedures, and product knowledge, particularly concerning high-value items like engagement rings, luxury watches, and premium diamond pieces.
- Assess store appearance, merchandising, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere.
- Observe and report on security measures, inventory handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Document specific interactions, service quality, and areas for improvement using detailed qualitative and quantitative feedback forms.
- Provide objective and constructive feedback to management through comprehensive written reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all audit findings and company information.
- Adhere to a flexible schedule, conducting visits during varying store hours, including evenings and weekends.
