Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to work outdoors and contribute to the UK’s food supply chain? G’s Fresh is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Farm Pickers to join our seasonal team. We offer comprehensive support for individuals applying for a Seasonal Worker Visa (T5), making this an ideal opportunity for international applicants. No prior experience is necessary; we provide full training and a supportive environment to help you succeed. This role involves various duties related to harvesting fresh produce, primarily located at our farm near Sutton Coldfield. Key Responsibilities
- Harvesting a variety of crops, including lettuce, celery, and onions, following specific quality and size guidelines.
- Carefully picking and packing produce directly into crates or trays.
- Operating basic farm machinery or equipment safely after receiving training.
- Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area in the fields.
- Reporting any issues with crop quality or equipment to supervisors.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, sun, cold).
