Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Travel & Tourism Agent to join our remote team, specializing in booking and customer support for our travel partners. This is a 100% remote position where you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel needs, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages. You will provide exceptional service, resolve travel-related inquiries, and ensure a seamless booking experience for clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with booking domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, rental cars, and activity packages.
  • Provide expert advice on travel options, destinations, and local attractions.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to bookings, cancellations, and changes.
  • Process payments and handle ticketing procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and travel technology.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data security.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and navigating web-based applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or travel-related role (6+ months).
  • Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Knowledge of various travel destinations and industry best practices.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
