Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our esteemed team as an Entry Level Chauffeur. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with little to no prior experience to embark on a career in luxury transportation and hospitality. You will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and luxurious transportation services to our discerning guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. A sign-on bonus is offered for successful candidates, along with immediate hire opportunities. We will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to uphold The Ritz-Carlton’s legendary service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport guests to and from various destinations, including airports, local attractions, and private events.
- Maintain the cleanliness and immaculate condition of assigned vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings, offering courteous and professional support.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipate guest needs, and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable journey.
- Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic and guest preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and service requests.
- Communicate effectively with hotel staff and guests regarding schedules and any changes.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
