Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented WFH Blog Formatter to join our remote content team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in digital publishing and content management. You will be responsible for formatting blog posts using WordPress, ensuring they adhere to our style guidelines and are ready for publication. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for those with little to no prior experience but a strong willingness to learn and an eye for detail. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Format raw blog content within the WordPress platform according to established style guides and templates.
  • Upload and properly size images, videos, and other media assets.
  • Ensure correct heading hierarchy, paragraph breaks, and list formatting.
  • Implement internal and external links as specified by content editors.
  • Conduct basic quality checks to ensure posts are free from formatting errors and display correctly on various devices.
  • Collaborate with content editors and writers to understand formatting requirements.
  • Maintain consistency across all published content.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance WordPress and formatting skills.
