Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care support, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Assist clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
- Perform light household duties, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
- Accurately document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Adhere to care plans and ensure client safety and well-being at all times.
- Travel between client homes, with travel time compensated.
Required Skills

- A valid Canadian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

- Familiarity with local community resources in High River and surrounding areas.
