Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as a Distillery Bottling Line Worker. This is an entry-level, fast-paced position perfect for those eager to learn and contribute to the creation of premium organic spirits. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are bottled, labeled, and packaged to the highest standards, ready for distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various machines on the bottling line, including fillers, labelers, and cappers.
- Perform quality checks on bottles, labels, and packaging to ensure consistency and defect-free products.
- Load raw materials, such as empty bottles, labels, and caps, onto the production line.
- Package finished products into cases and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and quality control standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production setting (even if not in bottling).
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience operating basic machinery or production equipment.
