Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Detox Clinic Aide with a strong interest in health and nutrition to join our stable team in Cardiff Bay. This vital role supports patients undergoing detoxification programs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will assist with daily clinic operations, provide direct patient support, and contribute to maintaining a clean and therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
- Monitor patient well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
- Help with meal preparation and distribution, ensuring dietary guidelines are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas.
- Support patients in adhering to program schedules and activities.
- Provide empathetic emotional support and encouragement to patients.
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all clinic residents.
- Assist with intake and discharge procedures for patients.

Preferred Qualifications

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
