Job Description
As an Online Realize Potential Aide with a Personal Best focus, you will play a crucial role in supporting learners and users on their journey of personal and professional growth. This 100% remote position involves providing empathetic guidance, curating relevant resources, and facilitating engaging interactions to help individuals identify and harness their unique strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve their personal best. You will act as a supportive partner, ensuring a positive and empowering experience for all participants within Coursera’s diverse learning community.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with learners in online forums, one-on-one sessions (as required), and group activities to understand their personal development goals.
- Provide personalized support and encouragement, focusing on individual strengths and potential.
- Curate and recommend relevant courses, articles, tools, and resources from Coursera's extensive library and beyond to aid in personal growth.
- Facilitate discussions and activities that promote self-reflection, goal setting, and accountability.
- Monitor learner progress and identify areas where additional support or intervention may be beneficial.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress, adhering to privacy and data protection guidelines.
- Collaborate with content creators and program managers to suggest improvements based on learner feedback.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and empowering online community environment.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in coaching or counseling is a plus.
- Experience with goal-setting frameworks and personal productivity methodologies.
