Job Description

Are you a passionate advocate for Apple technology with a flair for building strong business relationships? Currys Business is seeking an experienced Apple Business Pro to join our dynamic sales team in Cardiff Bay. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Apple products and services within the B2B sector, managing a portfolio of key accounts, and identifying new opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating how Apple’s ecosystem can transform our clients’ operations, enhance collaboration, and empower their workforce. This role requires deep technical expertise in Apple’s offerings combined with exceptional sales acumen and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of business clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring their continued satisfaction with Apple solutions.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for Apple hardware, software, and services within various industries.
  • Provide expert consultation and strategic advice to clients on integrating Apple products into their existing IT infrastructure.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients, showcasing the value proposition of Apple's ecosystem.
  • Stay current with the latest Apple products, services, and industry trends to effectively position solutions and address client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms to secure profitable agreements.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Deep and comprehensive knowledge of Apple's hardware (Mac, iPad, iPhone), software (macOS, iOS, iPadOS), and services (Apple Business Manager, iCloud for Business, AppleCare).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and cultivate lasting relationships with business clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience selling Apple products or solutions in a business-to-business environment.
  • Certifications related to Apple products or sales (e.g., Apple Certified Sales Professional, Apple Product Professional).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
