Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical CV & Hiring Data Labeler with a focus on recruitment technology to join our growing team in El Paso. In this role, you will be crucial in improving the accuracy and effectiveness of AI models used in the recruitment process. You will be responsible for annotating and categorizing various data points within resumes, job descriptions, and other hiring-related documents. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing AI-driven talent acquisition solutions, making recruitment processes more efficient and unbiased. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately label and annotate CVs, resumes, job descriptions, and other recruitment-related documents according to established guidelines.
  • Categorize and extract key information such as skills, experience, qualifications, and roles.
  • Identify and correct inconsistencies or errors in data labeling to ensure high-quality datasets.
  • Provide constructive feedback on labeling guidelines and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project managers and AI/ML engineers to understand specific data requirements and project goals.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols at all times.
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews and calibration sessions to ensure consistency across the team.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry, data annotation, or data labeling roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Ability to follow complex guidelines and adapt to changing instructions.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Basic familiarity with recruitment processes or HR terminology.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience in quality assurance or data validation.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in data processing.
