Job Description
Are you a movie enthusiast with a keen eye for detail? Ipsos is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cinema Secret Shoppers in Pasco, Washington, to help us evaluate the customer experience at local movie theaters. This unique part-time role allows you to enjoy free movie screenings while providing valuable feedback to help cinemas enhance their service, facilities, and overall presentation. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring moviegoers have the best possible experience, from ticket purchase to the final credits.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned local cinemas as a regular customer.
- Purchase tickets, snacks, and beverages, adhering to specific instructions.
- Observe and evaluate various aspects of the cinema experience, including cleanliness, staff friendliness and efficiency, food quality, movie presentation (audio/visual), and overall atmosphere.
- Discreetly take notes on observations without revealing your identity as a secret shopper.
- Complete detailed online survey reports within a specified timeframe after each visit, providing objective and comprehensive feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments and findings.
- Adhere to all project guidelines and deadlines.
