Job Description

Concentrix is seeking a Remote Scheduling Assistant with a dedicated focus on appointment setting to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and proactively setting appointments to support various business operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively schedule and confirm appointments for clients and internal teams via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, ensuring no conflicts and optimal time utilization.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to coordinate meeting details and confirm attendance.
  • Respond promptly to scheduling inquiries and adjust appointments as needed, providing timely notifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of all scheduled appointments and client interactions in designated CRM systems.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up summaries as required.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand scheduling needs and priorities.
  • Utilize scheduling software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues with professionalism and discretion.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in administrative support, scheduling, or customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using calendar management software (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar).
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Previous experience in a fully remote work setting.
  • Associate's degree or relevant certifications in administration or business.
