Key Responsibilities

- Prepare food items according to Taco Bell’s recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen workstations.
- Stock inventory, including food products, condiments, and supplies.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Adhere to all food safety, health, and company regulations and procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Reliability and a strong, positive work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and menu items.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently pursuing).
- Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
