Job Description
Are you detail-oriented with a keen eye for customer service excellence? Market Force Information is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Mystery Evaluators to assess various businesses in Meridian, Idaho, and surrounding areas. This flexible, part-time opportunity allows you to provide valuable feedback on customer service, store cleanliness, product availability, and overall guest experience. You’ll act as a regular customer, perform specific tasks, and then provide a detailed, objective report. This role offers an excellent way to earn income while contributing to the improvement of local businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores, restaurants, and other businesses as a regular customer.
- Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including staff interaction, product knowledge, service speed, and facility cleanliness.
- Complete required tasks or make purchases as instructed per evaluation guidelines.
- Submit accurate, objective, and detailed reports online within specified deadlines.
- Provide clear and concise written feedback supporting all observations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all evaluation details and client information.
- Keep records and submit receipts for reimbursement of pre-approved purchases.
