Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately assemble various bed frames, headboards, and other furniture items according to IKEA's assembly instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect assembled furniture for defects or missing parts, ensuring all items meet quality control guidelines before handover or display.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the assembly area.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily assembly targets and support overall operational goals.
- Handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly, reporting any malfunctions or issues promptly.
- Assist with inventory management tasks related to assembly components, including receiving, sorting, and organizing parts.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Basic understanding of tools and their safe operation.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams accurately.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
