Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in the vibrant hospitality industry? Woodyard Brewhouse & Eatery is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Bar and Waiting Staff. No prior experience is required – we believe in nurturing talent and will provide comprehensive training to help you master the art of service. Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and seating them comfortably.
- Presenting menus and assisting guests with selections, answering questions about food and beverages.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and relaying them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards (after training).
- Handling payments and operating point-of-sale systems.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bar, and workstations.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as required.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
