Job Description

We are seeking an ‘Apple Virtual Pro – Specialized Management Support’ to join our dynamic remote team. This role is crucial for maintaining the seamless operation of critical projects and initiatives by providing high-level administrative, analytical, and strategic support to various management teams across Apple’s ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of Apple’s products and corporate culture. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the United States, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Boise, Idaho area to facilitate potential team gatherings or specialized training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced administrative and project coordination support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and presentation preparation.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate international and domestic travel logistics, and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Organize and facilitate virtual meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and follow-up actions are tracked.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports, summaries, and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all communications.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, often requiring independent problem-solving and proactive management.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS, iCloud, Apple productivity suites)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in a global technology company or a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira)
