Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and empathetic Online Feedback Analyst to join our innovative team, specializing in app testing and user experience insights with a crucial demographic: 14-year-old teens. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in gathering, analyzing, and reporting on feedback related to mobile applications and digital platforms designed for a youth audience. Your work will directly inform product development, ensuring that our clients’ apps are intuitive, engaging, and meet the needs of their target users. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute online feedback sessions, surveys, and usability tests specifically tailored for 14-year-old participants.
  • Recruit and manage a pool of teen participants, ensuring diversity and engagement in feedback activities.
  • Facilitate online group discussions and individual interviews with teens to elicit honest and constructive opinions on app features, usability, and overall experience.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data collected from feedback sessions, identifying patterns, pain points, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and actionable recommendations for product teams.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to ensure feedback is integrated into the development cycle.
  • Stay current with trends in youth digital engagement, mobile app design, and user research methodologies.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical guidelines when working with minor participants and sensitive data.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and engage with teenagers.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficiency in using online survey tools, video conferencing platforms, and basic data analysis software.
