Market Force Information is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Bar & Nightlife Secret Shopper in Wesley Chapel, FL. This unique part-time role involves discreetly evaluating service, atmosphere, and adherence to company standards at various bars and nightclubs during weekend evenings and night shifts. You’ll play a crucial role in providing valuable feedback that helps our clients enhance their customer experience and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned bars and nightclubs during specified weekend and night hours.
- Discreetly evaluate various aspects including customer service, staff attentiveness, product quality, cleanliness, atmosphere, and compliance with operational procedures.
- Interact with staff as a regular customer, observing interactions without revealing your identity.
- Complete detailed and accurate online reports within 24 hours of each visit, providing objective feedback and specific examples.
- Adhere strictly to all assignment guidelines and ethical mystery shopping practices.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client identities and assignment details.
- Handle assigned tasks with integrity and a professional demeanor.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to act naturally and inconspicuously in various social settings.
- Reliable access to transportation and willingness to travel within Wesley Chapel and surrounding areas.
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete reports promptly.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
