Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Mortgage Loan Officers with administrative tasks throughout the loan origination process.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain client documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates.
  • Prepare loan disclosures, applications, and other required forms.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including processing, underwriting, and closing.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for loan officers.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the loan origination system.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and internal staff in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
