Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous Amazon Product Listing Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for accurately creating and updating product listings on the Amazon marketplace. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately copy and paste product data, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and specifications, from internal databases to Amazon Seller Central.
- Upload product images and ensure they meet Amazon's guidelines and standards.
- Verify product information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all listings.
- Assist in categorizing products correctly within the Amazon hierarchy.
- Perform routine audits of existing listings to identify and correct errors or outdated information.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure product listings are optimized for search and conversion.
- Maintain organized records of all listing updates and changes.
- Learn and adapt to Amazon's evolving listing requirements and best practices.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong data entry skills.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
