Job Description

Hilton Coventry is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Holiday Peak Porters. This temporary role is perfect for those seeking flexible work during high-demand seasons, offering a chance to support our guests and operations during our busiest times. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors, providing essential support with luggage, deliveries, and general guest assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage handling upon arrival and departure, ensuring items are safely transported to and from rooms.
- Support the front desk and concierge teams with various guest requests and inquiries.
- Deliver packages, mail, and other items to guest rooms and designated areas promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby, entrance, and other public areas.
- Provide directions and local information to guests, enhancing their stay experience.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces as required.
- Operate hotel vehicles safely for guest transport or errands if licensed and required.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures and policies.
