Job Description

Costa Coffee in Headingley, Leeds, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Afternoon Team Member. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, food items, and snacks to Costa Coffee standards.
- Operate the till system, handle cash and card payments accurately, and manage transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to understand their preferences and create a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised store environment, including the seating areas, service counter, and back-of-house.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Restock shelves, displays, and fridges, ensuring products are fresh and well-presented.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required by your shift schedule.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
