Job Description

As a Remote Hotel Booking Chatbot Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the accuracy and user-friendliness of our AI-powered chatbot designed for hotel bookings. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously evaluate chatbot responses, identify areas for improvement, and provide detailed feedback to our AI development team. You will be at the forefront of improving our customer experience, ensuring our chatbot can understand and respond effectively to a diverse range of booking queries, from basic availability checks to complex reservation modifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rigorously test and evaluate chatbot conversations related to hotel bookings, check-ins, cancellations, and general inquiries.
  • Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and areas where the chatbot's understanding or response needs refinement.
  • Provide clear, constructive, and detailed feedback on chatbot performance, including suggested improvements for natural language understanding (NLU) and response generation.
  • Document evaluation results meticulously using internal tools and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and linguists to communicate observed patterns and contribute to ongoing model training.
  • Stay updated with new chatbot features and participate in testing new iterations.
