Job Description

Walmart is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented teens to join our Casper warehouse team as a Warehouse Clerk with a focus on data and inventory. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the accurate counting and reconciliation of inventory items.
- Perform basic data entry tasks to update inventory records and ensure data integrity.
- Organize and maintain warehouse shelves and storage areas, ensuring products are easily accessible.
- Aid in the receiving and stocking of incoming goods, verifying quantities against shipping documents.
- Support the warehouse team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with preparing outbound shipments by picking and packing items as needed.
Required Skills
- Must be 17 years of age or older.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory system interaction.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving packages (up to 25 lbs) safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with inventory management systems or similar data entry (even from school projects or volunteer work).
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and calculations.
