Job Description
Are you 15 years old and looking for your first exciting opportunity to gain valuable work experience? Tesco is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated 15 Year Old Teens to join our team as Team Members, working flexible hours on Saturdays and Sundays. This is a fantastic chance to develop new skills, meet new people, and contribute to your local community by helping us serve our customers. No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing friendly and helpful service.
- Replenish shelves, ensuring products are well-stocked and neatly presented.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of store aisles and customer areas.
- Support the team with various tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies, especially those related to age-appropriate tasks and safety.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Must be 15 years old and eligible to work in the UK.
- Availability to work flexible hours on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment (not mandatory, but a plus).
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a busy retail environment.
