Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick a variety of fruits (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) according to quality standards and picking guidelines.
- Handle fruit gently to prevent bruising and damage.
- Work efficiently to meet daily picking targets.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Report any issues with crops or equipment to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Attention to detail to ensure fruit quality.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
