Job Description

Join Spavia Day Spa as a remote Online Booking Agent and become an essential part of our guest experience team! In this role, you will manage and facilitate spa service bookings, handle inquiries, and provide outstanding virtual support to ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and delightful journey from their initial contact to their spa visit. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any preferred laptop-friendly location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming booking requests for spa services via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide detailed information about spa treatments, packages, and promotions to potential guests.
  • Assist guests with selecting appropriate services based on their preferences and needs.
  • Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all spa services, pricing, and availability across multiple locations.
  • Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Utilize our booking software and CRM system to manage guest profiles and reservations.
  • Collaborate with spa locations to ensure smooth communication regarding schedules and special requests.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional brand image through all virtual interactions.
