Job Description

Ipsos is seeking a proactive and analytical Trend & Keyword Analyst to join our remote market research team. This is a 100% remote position. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying emerging trends, optimizing keyword strategies, and extracting actionable insights from vast datasets to inform our clients’ strategic decisions. You will leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies to monitor market shifts, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes across various industries. Your expertise will directly contribute to the development of robust market intelligence reports and innovative research solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging market trends, consumer sentiments, and industry shifts.
  • Perform comprehensive keyword research to optimize content and research strategies for online visibility and data collection.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and platforms to analyze large datasets and uncover meaningful patterns.
  • Develop and present clear, concise, and actionable insights to internal teams and clients through reports and presentations.
  • Monitor competitive activities and analyze their impact on market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with research teams to integrate trend and keyword analysis into broader market research projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in market research methodologies, data analytics, and digital marketing.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in market research tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and interpret trends from complex data.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a market research agency or a similar analytical role.
  • Familiarity with qualitative research methodologies.
  • Knowledge of various industry sectors (e.g., Tech, FMCG, Healthcare).
