Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Google Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our teams. This is a 100% remote position, offering significant career growth potential within Google. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing Google Workspace tools to manage schedules, facilitate communication, and support various projects, ensuring seamless operations from a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing appointments for multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and internal communications using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Conduct research, gather data, and compile information to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, managing communication flow efficiently.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for virtual team meetings or workshops.
- Process expense reports and manage administrative tasks with high accuracy.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, offering solutions to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Support special projects and assignments as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
