No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. This role offers flexible shifts, making it perfect for students, those seeking supplemental income, or anyone looking to start a career in hospitality. You’ll be the face of Starbucks, delivering excellent customer service, preparing delicious beverages, and contributing to a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting all customers with a friendly attitude.
- Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including brewing equipment, service areas, and dining spaces.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for partners and customers.
- Assist with stocking, inventory, and product rotation.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive atmosphere.
- Learn about Starbucks products and confidently answer customer questions.
