Job Description
Join Capgemini as a Public Service Bot Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of citizen engagement. This ‘Smart Working’ hybrid role, based in the UK, specifically serving our operations in Birkenhead, Merseyside, offers the unique opportunity to develop and refine conversational AI tools that enhance public services. You will be responsible for teaching our virtual assistants to understand, respond, and interact effectively with the public, ensuring a seamless and helpful experience. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about language, technology, and public service, offering a dynamic environment to apply your skills in a meaningful way. You will work closely with AI developers, content specialists, and public sector clients to build intuitive and reliable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and refine conversational flows and responses for public service chatbots.
- Annotate data and provide feedback to improve natural language understanding (NLU) models.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and integrate public service information into bot knowledge bases.
- Monitor bot performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement iterative enhancements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to ensure the bot meets public needs and expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in conversational AI and public sector digital transformation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for bot training processes and content.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand and interpret user intent from natural language inputs.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
