Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Online Yield Specialist with a strong focus on performance and growth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability from our digital advertising inventory and online channels. You will analyze market trends, optimize pricing strategies, manage inventory allocation, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance yield and drive sustained growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute yield optimization strategies across various online channels and ad inventory.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to yield, fill rates, and revenue.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth through pricing adjustments, inventory management, and new monetization strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of yield strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed on industry trends and best practices in yield management.
- Implement A/B tests and data experiments to validate optimization hypotheses.
- Manage relationships with advertising partners and platforms to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in online yield management, ad operations, or digital analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
- Proven ability to identify revenue opportunities and implement effective optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and ad exchanges (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Rubicon Project, Magnite).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and user behavior analytics.
